The Problem

Federal agencies award billions of dollars in SBIR and STTR contracts every year. Most of that technology never gets picked up again after Phase II, even though the law gives these companies a real path forward into defense contracting and federal contract opportunities.

It tracks forecasted federal contract opportunities against the full history of SBIR and STTR awards, and shows which past awards could plausibly lead into what comes next, whether that is a Phase III sole source award, a teaming opportunity, or a new contract vehicle entirely, with the reasoning laid out clearly enough to stand behind.
